I’ve always believed that if you want it done right, you have to make it ya damn self. After years of perfecting the art of "from-scratch" baking and graduating from Escoffier, I wanted to bring that same level of intention and craft to the streets of Atlanta.
The Southern Botanical isn't just a dessert cart—it’s a curated, mobile sweet experience. It’s where my Georgia meet a moody, modern aesthetic. I’ve taken the nostalgic flavors we all grew up with and infused them with fresh, botanical elements to create something entirely new.
Our Philosophy
We don’t do "standard" here. Every crumb, every glaze, and every botanical infusion is crafted in my kitchen with high-quality ingredients and zero shortcuts. Whether it’s a floral-pressed shortbread or a classic strawberry crunch, you can taste the "from-scratch" difference in every bite.
